Preparation and Usage
Best in Scandinavian gravalax but also great in a lemon butter for steak and lamb chops. For the perfect pickles, dill is a must have herb.
Instructions
Wrap 2 bagels in foil & heat at 180C/Gas mark 4 for 15 minutes. Mix together 185g cream cheese, 2 tsp bart lemon juice, 3 tsp bart freeze dried dill tops & a little bart cayenne pepper. Halve bagels spread half cheese on bases & top with with 60g smoked salmon. Cover with remaining cheese & sandwich bagels together.
