Freeze on day of purchase and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before microwaving.

Cooking Instructions - General. For best results oven cook.

Stir after cooking.
Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Chilled. 750W, 2 mins, 30 secs.
900W, 2 mins
Cook on high (100%). Remove sleeve.
Pierce film. Allow to stand for 1 min.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Electric 190C, Fan 170C, Gas 5, 30 mins
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film.
Place on baking tray. Stir halfway through cooking. Stir after cooking.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 190C, Fan 170C, Gas 5, 20 mins
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film.
Place on baking tray. Stir halfway through cooking. Stir after cooking.
