We've left this Tempeh au naturel so you can cook it your way. Start with a firm, dense texture and an earthy, nutty flavour, then slice, dice, crumble it or whatever you fancy. Now marinate, fry, bake or glaze - you're the master of your own mealtimes. Try whipping up a carbonara, a curry or a monster sandwich dripping with BBQ sauce.

As our Tempeh is fermented, there can be some visible black patches that occur, which is simply a sign that the fermentation process is complete.

Cooking Instructions - General. Chop, cook, enjoy. Or for an extra flavour boost marinate for 15 mins before cooking.
All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Ensure tempeh is piping hot before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 200C/180C Fan Gas Mark 6/20 mins
Bake: Preheat oven. Toss in a little oil and bake on a tray.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Medium heat 10 mins
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry, turning frequently.

Storage:
Keep refrigerated below 5C. Once opened place in water in an airtight container, use within 48hrs.
Suitable for freezing but may change the texture. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and use within 1 month. Defrost fully before use and use on the same day. Do not refreeze.
